Client Objective
Collect the remarks made by guests attending the Forum and other materials to make an opening video of the Forum.

The Solution
Recently, over 400 guests from politics, business and academic circles from home and abroad were invited to attend the 2017 Forum on Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area in Hong Kong hosted by Tencent.   It was no easy task to have so many important figures in the politics and business circles, such as Dong Mingzhu, Liang Jinsong, Zhou Qiren, Wang Wei and Wang Tao to attend this forum. One of our primary tasks was to collect their remarks during a short period of time and make an opening video.   Below is the background information of this Forum for your reference.   After the “Two Sessions”, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area has been one of the hottest topics. On April 11st, Premier Li Keqiang met with the 5th Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative region and brought up again the idea of developing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. This has made this topic even hotter.   The idea of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area was first put forward in the Belt and Road Initiative in 2015. It was included in China’s 13th Five-year Plan in 2016 and first included in the government work report of the State Council in March, 2017.   The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area comprises nine cities in Guangdong Province, namely Guangdong, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Huizhou, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing and the Hong Kong and Macau SARs. It is the fourth largest bay areas in the world, ranking after New York, San Francisco and Tokyo Bay Areas and an important platform for China to build world-class metropolitan regions and participate in global competitions.

Project Outcome
By presenting an opening video which includes the voices and insights of important guests on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, we will help the audience and ourselves better understand the blueprint and significance of this region.
